We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Animal and Food Sciences,
Faculty of Agriculture, has decided to host a dairy product exhibition titled
"Innovate DAIRY Fiesta -2023." This exhibition aims to showcase the
remarkable dairy products developed by our talented research students over the
past decade. Our primary objectives are to foster commercial opportunities for
these inventions and disseminate knowledge on emerging food technologies. The
exhibition is on 25th August 2023 and will feature 20 stalls. We anticipate the
participation of approximately 500 invitees, including schools, commercial
partners, and various stakeholders.
