Students of 2017/2018 Intake,
Year II Semester I (ES 2101, PS 2102 & Tractor Training) & Year III Semester I (ES 3101 & AF 3101) Practical has been scheduled to be held from 14.03.2022 to 10.06.2022.
You all are requested to report to hostels on 06.03.2022 before 4.00 p.m with the vaccination card (for 7 days of quarantine parallelly with online lecture).
Following students are requested not to report to hostels & academic activities
- Those who are having fever, with or without acute onset respiratory symptoms such as cough, runny nose, sore throat and/or shortness of breath. (Should submit valid medical certificate)
- Those who are in lock down / quarantine area on the said reported date
- Those who have had contact with suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 for the last 7 days
Further, considering the present pandemic situation; those who wish to report to hostels should sign and submit a declaration form which will be provided by the University mentioning the rules and regulations to be followed.
Instructions for students on reporting hostels are attached herewith.
