Greetings from Higher Education Commission, Pakistan!
The Government of Pakistan, through the Higher Education Commission (HEC), is offering 1,000 fully funded scholarships to students of Sri Lanka under the program titled “Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarships for Sri Lankan Nationals.” These scholarships are available for undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs. The initiative is a key component of the project “Pak-Sri Lanka Higher Education Cooperation Program,” a comprehensive educational support package extended by the Government of Pakistan for the people of Sri Lanka.
We have extended the application submission date to May 30, 2025, for the Allama Iqbal Scholarship for Sri Lankan students.
