1.Separate Course Evaluation for each Course (Theory, Practical, Field Visit)

2.Seperate Teacher Evaluation for each Lecturer

Example: If a course is taught by 2 Lecturers, you should submit 2 separate teacher evaluation forms for each lecturer


Examination admission will be granted upon the submission of these evaluation forms.
