To: All Students,

1.Official credential for 2018/2019 batch has been already created and communicated in 2020; But few of you are using it.

For other batches; Your official university email addresses have been created as follows (You can access this through Gmail sign in page);

        User Name: ag20162017XXX@agri.rjt.ac.lk (2016/2017 Intake only) OR agYYYYXXX@agri.rjt.ac.lk                                                                                                                                                                           (Eg: 2019/2020: YYYY= 2020)
        Pw: Your NIC No.

Therefore, you are requested to use this e-mail for any future official correspondences. Any requests from your personal e-mails will not be considered w.e.f. 01.01.2023 to until you got passed out from the Faculty

2.We entertain your requests as hardcopy with original signatures when you are physically available at the Faculty. If you are not at the Faculty; you can send an e-mail in proper format with your scanned / E-signature.

3. You should use the Formal writing etiquettes on sending e-mails or request letters which includes; .
  • Proper Subject / Heading (Eg: Requesting Studentship Letter)
  • Official Name (As mentioned at your attendance sheet)
  • Registration No. (in proper format : Eg: AG/2016/2017/XXX [upto 2016/2017 Intake] ; AG/YYYY/XXX ; 2017/2018: YYYY= 2018 (From 2017/2018 intake onwards.
  • Mobile No.    
All the students from 2016/2017 batch onwards are requested to adhere the above instructions.
