Dear Students,
We at AIESEC in Rajarata University of Sri Lanka will be organizing a 2-day soft skills development workshop in collaboration with the Road to Rights organization, a youth-led organization in Sri Lanka. The event will be held on the 2nd & 3rd of December at the Faculty of Management Studies Auditorium and we have planned to conduct 6 sessions specialized for each faculty.
Our knowledge partner is the Road to Rights organization, which is an award-winning youth-led organization established in 2009 in Sri Lanka aimed at supporting and empowering young people to create opportunities, skills development, creativity and innovation by taking a human rights-based approach towards peace and Sustainable Development. Today it has 22 chapters around the world; inspiring, educating and empowering youth to take action towards a sustainable world.
The keynote speaker is Dr. Cary Gaulston, Master Trainer and President of Global Pioneers from Florida, USA. He is a multifaceted professional with expertise in education, life coaching, skills development, consulting, and humanitarian work with more than 40 years of experience. Mr. Goulston has been recognized by various institutions, including receiving the prestigious U.S. President Volunteer Services Award three times. He has collaborated with numerous institutions and governments worldwide, contributing to competency development and humanitarian programs. His training encompasses a comprehensive range of interpersonal and social skills, offering a significant advantage to young individuals as they prepare for their future careers and strive to become well-rounded and successful professionals.
