Factuly of Agriculture Rajarata University

This is about the startup pitch competition for Sri Lankan undergraduates - Venture Verse - organized by the 9th International Conference of the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka (ICSUSL 2023) in collaboration with the Sabaragamuwa University Business Linkage Cell (UBLC). It is a platform for undergraduates to showcase their innovative concepts, products and services and show how they can be evolved into businesses.

The top five teams qualified through the first two rounds will compete at the finals which will be held on 8th December, 2023 in Colombo. Top five winners will win Rs. 250,000 in cash prizes. They will also receive consultancy from the UBLC and will be connected with our investors and industry partners. The event will feature top entrepreneurs, cooperate leaders and investors as its audience.

We would also like to announce that TV Derana is now the official media partner of Venture Verse. The winning team will be featured on a post-event interview on Derana TV.
